Moreover, the speed and accuracy in delivering and receiving information for decision making so as not to compete with competitors. The presentation of information is not only fast, accurate, it must also be easily understood by the person receiving the information. One business entity that must also take advantage of this technological development is a cooperative. In the cooperative PT. Spindo Karawang Factory transaction activities still have to be processed in Microsoft Excel, so that data duplication or inconsistency often occurs, data updates are not updated, there is no data backup and data that has not been integrated with other systems. The purpose of this research is to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the transaction process in the cooperative. The research method used in this research is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the waterfall approach. The result of this research is the cooperative invoice information system of PT. Currently, the system that processes medical check-up report data has not been computerized properly, so that data or files are stored conventionally and it is difficult to find the required data. The research method used in this study is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method and system development using the Waterfall model which starts from analysis and observation of the system running in the company. The results of the observations show that the system that runs at the Chio Medical Center clinic has not been computerized properly, namely in recording examination reports using excel and word files so that they have not been stored in a structured database. This system is designed using the Dreamweaver application as a web-based editor tool and uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​as the database. In order for ATK management to be handled properly, an application is needed to manage ATK inventory data using a technology-based information system so that it becomes a complete information system. The method used by the author in conducting this research is the Waterfall model system development method starting from the specification of user requirements, planning, modeling, and coding. The method of specification of user requirements includes interviews, observations, literature studies, and documentation studies. The planning method includes the tasks to be carried out including the risks that may occur and the work schedule. Modeling methods include the design of flow documents, DFD, data dictionary, and ERD. The coding includes a program designer with the VB.Net programming language with SQL Server 2008 database and application testing using black box testing, namely this test is intended to determine whether the functions, inputs and outputs of the software are in accordance with the required specifications. To simplify reporting and recording so that errors do not occur, it is necessary to design and implement a system that can facilitate inter-related functions within the company by using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 (VB.Net) and Microsoft SQL Server 2008. Inventory management and computerized goods reports are very beneficial for the company. J-Mart, which is a minimarket which still relies on Ms. So that data processing of reports cannot be fast and accurate. This study uses data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. This application is designed to use Visual Basic.Net with SQL Server as the database. The output result obtained from this system is the inventory report. Pindodeli Uses The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) Approach https://e-journal.rosma.ac.id/index.php/dirgamaya/article/view/24 <p><em>This study discusses the analysis of the SAP acceptance rate at PT Pindodeli using the TAM approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the acceptance of the SAP system for Pindodeli employees and to determine the factors that affect the acceptance of the SAP system for PT Pindodeli employees. The method used in this research is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The population in this study were 130 employees of PT Pindodeli from 6 Units / Sections, namely Finished Goods, IT, Financing, Logistics, Customer Service, and Purchasing. The sampling technique used by researchers is probability sampling and uses a descriptive approach. The total respondents who got were 61 out of 130 employees. Calculation of data carried out in this study is smart PLS. Hypothesis testing in this study was conducted to test the effect of system service usability and ease of use. The research results prove that usability has a positive and significant effect on SAP system acceptance and ease of use has a positive and significant effect on SAP system acceptance.</em></p> M.
