This study aims to design and implement a web-based library management information system using the Scrum method at the Nurul Huda Islamic Education Institution. This system is expected to overcome conventional library management problems such as manual record-keeping, difficulty in book tracking, and delays in lending and returning services. The Scrum method was chosen for its ability in adaptive and iterative software development, allowing the team to respond quickly to changing requirements. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and literature review. The study results indicate that the developed system can automate book cataloging, member management, lending and returning processes, and generate real-time inventory reports. In conclusion, this information system can enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and quality of library services in educational institutions.
